REFUND POLICY

• 100% Refund if the event is cancelled due to covid or any government guidelines.
• Till 30.06.2024 - 25% cancellation fee. 75% refund (against registration) will be processed.
• From 1.07.2024 till 31.07.2024 - 50% cancellation fee. 50% refund (against registration) will be processed.
• After 31.7.2024 - No Refunds

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Cancellation requests have to be received in writing to the conference secretariat.
• All refunds will be processed after the conference.
